Provide transitional care as a Registered Practical Nurse at the Alternate Health Facility in Spruce Grove. Join an interprofessional team ensuring high-quality patient support and rehabilitation. In this role, you will deliver compassionate care in a 40-bed unit, assisting patients post-acute for rehabilitation or long-term goals.
You must possess solid clinical skills, including dementia care and knowledge of pharmacotherapy. Collaborate effectively with a health team while engaging patients in meaningful activities to enhance their recovery. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care aligned with patient needs

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
