Terrace is hiring a temporary full time Registered Practical Nurse focused on behavioral support. You will play a critical role in assessing resident needs and applying tailored strategies for managing responsive behaviors. Collaboration with families and care teams is key to fostering a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and promote well-being of residents with behavioral challenges
- Develop personalized care strategies based on resident assessments
- Conduct weekly rounds to adjust care plans as needed




- Engage in quality improvement and training initiatives
- Maintain communication with stakeholders about care risks Requirements:
- Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- At least two years experience in a long-term care setting
- Degree in related fields is advantageous
- Certified in behavioral training is a plus
