Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health support to diverse patient populations, including children and pediatric patients, in a clinical setting. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and recovery.

The Psychotherapist will collaborate with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and support positive health outcomes.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

- Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
- Assess patients’ mental health status through interviews, observations, and standardized tools.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, case managers, and educational specialists to coordinate care.




- Collect data related to patient outcomes for research purposes and continuous improvement of therapeutic practices.
- Support patients with special needs, including those requiring special education or pediatric care.
- Stay current with advancements in mental health research, medical terminology, and best practices in patient care.

Qualifications

- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- A medical or healthcare background is required.
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
- Valid licensure or certification as required by state regulations to practice as a Psychotherapist.
- Experience working with children and pediatric populations is preferred.
- Experience with case management and patient-care coordination.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients populations.
- Familiarity with special education needs is an asset.

Job Type: Part time Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
