Regulatory Finding Manager (hay 10) Role purpose: Lead the end-to-end management of regulatory findings to ensure timely remediation, sustained compliance, and effective coordination across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities Own the lifecycle of regulatory findings, including intake, classification, risk assessment, prioritization, and closure. Develop and track corrective action plans (CAPs), milestones, dependencies, and evidence of remediation. Coordinate with business, compliance, risk, legal, audit, and regulators to align on expectations and deliverables.

Maintain governance routines, status reporting, escalation paths, and executive-ready dashboards. Ensure documentation quality, audit trails, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Identify systemic issues, recommend control improvements,



and drive continuous process enhancement.

Required skills and qualifications Experience managing regulatory issues, findings, or audits in a regulated setting. Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, internal controls, and remediation practices. Proven program/project management capability, including timeline, scope, and stakeholder management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for regulator-facing and executive audiences. Ability to analyze evidence, validate remediation effectiveness, and manage competing priorities. Proficiency with tracking and reporting tools (e.g., GRC platforms, spreadsheets, ticketing/workflow systems).
