Skill development. We record, review, and coach constantly. You'll sharpen faster here in six months than in two years somewhere comfortable.

Remote, results-first culture. Work from anywhere. Nobody watches your hours. The results is what matters

Ideal Candidate

- Experience: 6 months experience (nice to have), outbound sales, or SDR roles.
- Availability: Able to dial during CST hours
- Communication: Strong English, Strong phone presence, confidence, and resilience
- Speed: Speed-to-lead is a religion here, not a metric. Fresh leads get dialed in minutes, not hours
- Attitude: Coachable, adaptable, and committed to client success

Salary Expectations Base salary: $28,500 (CAD)

Performance bonuses are handed out on a regular basis to encourage and reward good work!
