Armstrong Collective in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to lead design, execution and delivery of guest insights programs aligned with the annual Customer Insights plan.

You will manage guest feedback, collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies, and work with external vendors to deliver actionable insights that inform strategy and enhance guest experiences. This hybrid role offers a base salary in the $85,000–$90,000 range and a discretionary bonus program.
