To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer/client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on recent responsibilities and challenges as they arise.Responsibilities include:Counter services at the Securities CageReceipt and delivery of securities in both physical certificate and electronic form for client accountsIncoming and outgoing transitControlling safety deposit boxes, must be able to lift up to 40 poundsPick-ups and deliveries dealing with Financial Institutions, Transfer Agents, Law Firms,
IssuersObtaining documentation to negotiate securitiesFiling, Scanning and retrieving securitiesSupport banking servicesRequirements:Education and QualificationsProficiency with all Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with Dataphile Broadridge, CDS and DTC applications is a definite assetThree to five years of experience in the financial industry preferredKey Skills and AttributesStrong ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage high volumes of transactions effectivelyProactive approach to job responsibilitiesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsGood analytical skills with strong attention to detailFlexible personality to take on new challenges as they ariseComplete tasks with minimal direction/supervisionWhy HaywoodHaywood understands that its greatest strength lies in our skilled and dedicated employees.
