Our financial services client is seeking a Procurement Analyst –1–3 years) to support Procurement Operations using Coupa S2P and Zip platforms

Join a procurement operations team delivering large-scale process optimization and tool implementation projects under the Procurement umbrella. This role supports the enablement, adoption, and day-to-day operations of Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Zip platforms, focusing on procurement efficiency and compliance. The successful candidate will contribute directly to key financial systems initiatives, including the implementation of the Zip tool and optimization of Coupa procurement workflows. Candidates will collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Technology to help streamline purchasing operations.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, In-office day Wednesday and Thursday, as well as 4th Friday of every month.

Must Haves

- 1–3 years of procurement lifecycle exposure within procurement operations or systems support roles
- Experience with source-to-pay (S2P) lifecycle processes including requisitioning and invoicing




- Direct involvement in Procure-to-Pay workflows and procurement process documentation
- Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, finance, or related field

Nice to Have

- Experience with Coupa S2P or Zip platforms
- Excel proficiency
- Procure-to-pay, sourcing, contract management, or helpdesk experience
- Exposure to Ariba or Ivalua procurement tools
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments

Responsibilities

- Support enablement and administration of Coupa S2P processes including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and invoicing
- Manage user provisioning and access rights in Coupa and Zip platforms
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
- Assist with supplier and catalog enablement to improve adoption and transaction accuracy
- Support training materials, onboarding documentation, and change management activities
- Participate in testing, release readiness, and validation for Coupa and Zip platform changes
- Monitor performance metrics and report on enablement progress and issue resolution
