Role: Bilingual Customer Services- English and French

Direct Hire Perm role

Monday to Friday onsite

Salary: $50,000 annually + perks

Responsibilties:

- Processing customer orders, credit administration
- Respond to inquiries over phone, email and chat
- Resolve order discrepencies, shortages, invoicing issues etc
- Maintain correct customer records and documentation
- Enter and process orders using Sage 300 and importing tools
- Montior shipments, back orders and customer updates

Requirements:

- Read, speak and write both English and French
- Customer Services/ order maagement experience of around 2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Sage 300 and Office Suite
- Experience in whole sale distribution, Consumer Packaged goods and B2B customer Services
