French-English Bilingual Travel Consultant – Spotnana Experience

We are seeking an experienced French-English Bilingual Travel Consultant with Spotnana experience to support customers with their business travel needs. This role provides knowledgeable, efficient service to travelers via phone while assisting with reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries.

The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in French and English, has previous experience in a corporate travel, travel agency, or travel contact center environment, and is comfortable navigating Spotnana to manage customer travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from French- and English-speaking travelers requiring assistance with business travel arrangements.
- Book and modify air, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
- Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, rebooking, and travel disruptions.
- Navigate Spotnana to research, book, modify, and manage travel reservations.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, policies, and travel options.
- Troubleshoot booking issues and provide timely solutions to travelers.
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service while managing multiple systems and requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and reservation activity.
- Follow established client, company, and travel industry policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Fluency in both French and English, written and verbal, is required.
- Previous hands-on experience using Spotnana is strongly preferred.
- 1 years of experience as a Travel Consultant,



Corporate Travel Agent, Travel Advisor, or similar role.
- Experience handling customer inquiries by phone in a travel or contact center environment.
- Knowledge of airline, hotel, and ground transportation booking processes.
- Experience managing reservation changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions.
- Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, service-focused workplace.
