In this full time role, you will directly influence organizational success by ensuring the HR department operates smoothly and complies with all legal standards. Your contributions will span from workforce planning to enhancing employee programs across the Nation. This position requires a forward-thinking leader with proven HR management capabilities and a commitment to community development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coordination of HR policy analysis and project management
• Supervise staff hiring, orientation, and terminations as needed




• Ensure compliance with Labour Law and Health standards
• Conduct ongoing research to improve HR practices
• Facilitate HR staff meetings and communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in HR management
• Knowledge of First Nations institutional practices preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in conflict resolution and diplomacy
