We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as an Industrial Millwright (433A) in Kitchener, Ontario. This is a great opportunity to join a manufacturing environment where you will play a key role in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a fully licensed Millwright who has completed their apprenticeship and brings strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance experience from a manufacturing setting.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production equipment
- Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime
- Install, align, dismantle, and move industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
- Support production by responding to breakdowns and identifying root causes of recurring issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Conduct equipment inspections and recommend improvements to increase reliability and performance
- Work closely with production, maintenance,



and engineering teams to support plant objectives
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed work orders

Mandatory Requirements:

- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) license
- Will consider 3Y/4Y Apprentices that have completed all of their schooling, Must have 3+ years of troubleshooting experience in an automated manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of Millwright experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with industrial machinery
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and bearings
- Ability to work a rotating continental shift
- Strong commitment to safety and preventative maintenance best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting

Apprentice Rate: $35.00/hour, RRSP Matching, Benefits after 1-Month
