Key Responsibilities:



• Represent pharmacy operations in program launches nationally • Translate designs into pharmacy workflows and procedures • Lead readiness assessments for Patient Support Programs • Develop standard operating procedures and training plans • Monitor implementation risks and continuous improvements

Requirements: • Five years of pharmacy operations experience required • Knowledge of Patient Support Programs and pharmacy workflows • Experience with authoring standard operating procedures • Strong project management and organizational skills • Proven facilitation and communication abilities
