McDougall Energy is looking for a detail-oriented individual to fill the position of

Inventory Control Clerk,

reporting to the Operations Manager at our Toronto branch. This position is a full-time temporary contract (12 Months) and will be mainly responsible for fuel reconciliation: Reconciling invoices from suppliers for completeness, correctness, and validity and completing the reconciliation in a timely fashion. Billing customers to facilitate payment within terms.



Identifying discrepancies in billings and following up with various internal departments for resolution. Creating and processing invoices into the ERP system according to specific timelines Assisting with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries about fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items.
