Drive engagement as a Member Engagement Specialist based in Newmarket, Ontario, where strong client relationships foster business growth. Your role includes strategic communication and administrative support.
In this role, you will manage ongoing relationships with assigned Members while promoting participation in company programs. You'll utilize your expertise in relationship management and organization skills to help Members achieve their goals, address concerns, and enhance program participation. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular outreach and maintain relationships with Members
• Provide education on current and existing programs to Members




• Document Member feedback and insights for internal teams
• Track outreach and participation in engagement programs
• Assist in event planning and execution for Member interactions
Requirements:
• Preferred degree from College or University
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in client service and relationship management
