Part-Time Renovation Labourer / Apprentice – Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations

Anderson Kitchen & Bath is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team on a part time basis.

We are a small, family-run renovation company specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations throughout Erin, Georgetown, Halton Hills and surrounding areas. We focus on high-quality workmanship and take pride in doing things properly rather than rushing through projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to gain experience across multiple renovation trades.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work alongside an experienced renovator on residential kitchen and bathroom projects. Depending on your experience, work may include:

- Demolition and job-site preparation
- Material handling and site organization
- Framing and drywall
- Flooring and tile preparation
- Cabinet installation and assembly
- Trim and finishing work
- Painting and general finishing
- Helping with kitchen and bathroom installations
- Job-site cleanup
- Picking up and organizing materials and tools

We don’t expect you to know everything. Reliability, attitude and willingness to learn are more important than having years of experience. Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who:

- Communicates well and is respectful when working inside clients’ homes

Previous construction or renovation experience is an asset,



but we are open to someone with limited experience who has the right attitude and wants to learn.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work in Erin, Georgetown, Halton Hills and surrounding areas
- Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is preferred
- Renovation/construction experience is an asset

Schedule Part-time

Hours will vary depending on our project schedule. This position would be well suited to someone looking for consistent part-time construction work with the opportunity for additional hours as the company grows.

Most work takes place Monday–Friday during daytime hours.

Compensation

$22–$28 per hour, depending on experience and ability.

There is room for increased responsibility and compensation as your skills develop.
