Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems. As a Repair Technician, you will be crucial in ensuring quality standards and function optimally. This position requires hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. VEHICLE AND TOOLS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

- Perform minor repairs (plumbing, drywall, painting, etc.)
- Assist with tenant maintenance requests and unit turnovers
- Conduct routine building/grounds checks
- Coordinate with property management and contractors
- Provide professional, courteous service to tenants
- Complete Renovations

Requirements
- General handyman/maintenance experience
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail




- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Professional, respectful communication
- Vehicle
- Ability to work during day / weekends
