Ideal candidates will possess broad experience across tailings, ideally with a background in consulting. This role provides a chance to manage critical aspects of tailings management and contribute to the development of junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and operate the site’s TSFs safely
• Lead tailings deposition planning and execution
• Support overall mine water management efforts
• Collaborate with Engineers of Record
• Provide oversight on geotechnical investigations
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in tailings or geotechnical engineering
• P.Eng. eligibility with EGBC
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Relevant engineering degree required
• Valid Canadian Driver's Licence necessary
