- Characterize substrates for macromolecular properties
- Optimize enzymatic hydrolysis for improved output
- Produce bioethanol from processed waste materials

- Scale production to 50 L bioreactor setups Requirements:
- Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related areas
- Experience in yeast fermentation and laboratory work
