Contribute to child and youth mental health as a Research Coordinator at the Knowledge Institute in Ottawa. This role focuses on project management, research implementation, and partnership development. With a Master's degree in a relevant field and over 5 years of research experience, this senior role involves coordinating research, knowledge mobilization, and community engagement projects.
You'll collaborate with service providers, agency leaders, and youth advisory councils to create evidence-based tools that will refine practices in the child and youth mental health and addictions sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate research and evaluation projects
- Engage with stakeholders and develop strategic project goals
- Produce quality standards and evidence briefs
- Analyze data and produce project reports
- Facilitate team-oriented meetings with advisory councils
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health research
- Strong skills in project management and organization
- Proficient in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
