Key Responsibilities:
• Own the production schedule and meet install dates
• Lead, coach, and schedule a production team of 8
• Supervise warehouse operations and inventory accuracy
• Find and implement efficiencies in workflow
• Lead rollout and training for Zoho One system
Requirements:
• 3+ years managing production in custom manufacturing
• Experience in warehouse and inventory operations
• Proven record of coaching teams to meet targets
• Solid computer skills for system implementation
• Valid driver’s license for occasional site visits
