This role will partner with operations, geology, and executive leadership to provide actionable financial insights in a dynamic, capital-intensive environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & ForecastingDevelop and maintain annual budgets and multi-year financial plansPrepare rolling forecasts incorporating commodity price assumptions, production volumes, and cost trendsSupport mine project financial planning and capital allocation analysisFinancial AnalysisPerform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and identify key driversAnalyze production costs, operating efficiencies,
