Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
- Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently to promote environmental sustainability
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment




- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and consistency

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience in a commercial setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Solid attention to detail with a commitment to hygiene and safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
