Duties

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure surfaces are sanitized and spotless
- Manage laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare meals or assist with basic cooking tasks as needed to support client requests
- Organize household items to improve space utilization and maintain orderliness
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and needs
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail in all tasks performed





Experience

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong command of English; proficiency in French is a plus for communication with diverse clients
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple households
- Basic cooking skills to assist with meal preparation when necessary
- Demonstrated ability to handle laundry processes effectively and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills with friendly communication and active listening abilities
- Reliable with excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of daily tasks
