We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating clean, welcoming environments.

Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in customer service and home maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
- Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Preparing homes for client visits by tidying up and organizing spaces as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and stored properly
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service during all interactions

- Proficiency in English
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential environments preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Knowledge of hospitality standards is advantageous for creating welcoming home environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation for timely arrival at client locations
