Duties

Perform general home renovation and remodeling work.

Demolition and removal of existing materials Framing and basic carpentry.

Drywall installation, repair and finishing Flooring installation and removal Insulation installation.

Painting and surface preparation.

Door, trim and baseboard installation.

Basic bathroom and kitchen renovation work.

Assist with electrical and plumbing tasks when required Measure,



cut and install construction materials Keep the job site clean, organized and safe.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Follow plans, measurements and project instructions

Skills

Hands-on experience in residential renovations Good knowledge of general construction.

Drywall installation and repair Framing and carpentry skills Flooring installation.

Demolition skills.

Basic plumbing knowledge.

Basic electrical knowledge.

Painting and finishing Ability to read basic measurements and plans.

Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail Ability to work independently.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Driver’s license is an asset Experience with multiple renovation trades is an asset

Pay: $19.38-$32.00 per hour
