iBwave is seeking a Security & Compliance Lead to own the security and compliance program, driving SOC2 and GDPR readiness while leading security tooling, cloud security, monitoring, and automation initiatives. You will work with IT, Engineering, DevOps, and Legal to build scalable, secure solutions across Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and our SaaS ecosystem.

Location: Remote within Canada. English proficiency required, collaboration across global teams.
