In this energetic role, you'll assist guests with inquiries, events, and promotions at our Casino. Your responsibilities will also include managing Players Club enrollments, answering the switchboard, and selling event tickets. Maintaining a tidy workspace and participating in various Guest Services projects are essential parts of your contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest inquiries with urgency and care
• Provide information about Casino services and events
• Assist with Players Club enrollment and details




• Manage the Casino switchboard and coat check
• Sell event tickets and track guest inquiries
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 or GED equivalent
• Experience in Gaming or Hospitality preferred
• Strong customer service background
• Experience handling cash or card transactions
• Must be at least 19 years old and eligible to work in Canada
