Do you have systems engineering experience, have you worked in aerospace and would you like to progress and develop new skills? The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a technical lead to join our avionics systems team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Lead technical integration, development, and testing activities from early requirement analysis phases (pre-MG3) through to Entry Into Service (EIS).
Manage priorities, development strategies, and work package scheduling to achieve expected maturity levels.
Report project status during technical milestone review meetings (MG) and coordination meetings. Draft labor/work estimates and collaborate on schedule definition.
Ensure multidisciplinary and cross-platform technical alignment for next-generation automated flight systems. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Software, or Aerospace Engineering. You demonstrate excellent understanding of engineering change management, system development processes, and avionics systems certification.
Fluency in English is required. You must be eligible to obtain required export control clearances (EAR and dual-use goods regulations).
Travel Requirements: Occasional international travel required.
