Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for managing guest orders, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards before serving.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any guest concerns promptly.




- Demonstrate effective time management skills to balance multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry and serving practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
- Experience with cash handling and cashiering duties is advantageous.
