Our newest location, Amato Trattoria has exceeded our expectations, and we are again expanding in the Fraser Valley with our next venture. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial spirited individual to lead and grow our next concept.

Job Summary
- Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate events and promotions
- Working closely with our Manager Marketing to build and grow the brand
- Build a community following
- Direct hiring, training, and scheduling
- Implement recent and seasonal cocktail lists along with the Beverage Manager
- Work closely with the Executive Chef in planning objectives
- Conduct weekly management meetings with tangible goals and objectives
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 5 – 7 years in a premium restaurant management role
- Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff
- Genuine passion for People, Great Food and Service
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Considerable knowledge of hospitality systems and controls
- Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality and enthusiastic personality to train and lead
Pay: $110,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
