Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service
- Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to meet safety standards
- Manage cash handling procedures and POS systems such as Micros POS to ensure accuracy
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring to build a strong, efficient team
- Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control




- Oversee restaurant cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards
- Train team members on food industry best practices, serving techniques, and safety protocols

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality-focused mindset
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles preferred
- Ability to interview candidates effectively and build cohesive teams
- Previous experience in hotel or barista environments is a plus but not required
