Position: Restaurant Manager Wage: CAD $38.50/hour Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30- 40 hours per week Benefits: 4% vacation pay Job Duties:

- Manage daily restaurant operations; • Monitor sales, set menu pricing, and manage budgets and inventory including receipts and bill payments; • Plan and coordinate overall employee schedules; • Monitor employee performance and conduct performance evaluations; • Review food ingredient usage and waste levels to determine ordering needs and negotiate with suppliers; • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction; • Respond to and manage emergency situations as required; • Recruit (resume review and interviews)



and oversee employee training and supervision; • Conduct staff meetings to discuss operational issues and improvements; • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders to customers.

Job Requirements

- Completion of secondary school; and • Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required.
- Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
