We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our energetic food service team. Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling to ensure top-quality service.
- Supervise and motivate team members, including hiring, interviewing, training, and evaluating staff performance to build a cohesive and efficient team.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to ensure accuracy and security during transactions.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors to keep the kitchen well-stocked and operational.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.




- Conduct regular staff meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to promote continuous improvement in service quality.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment with strong team management skills.
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen experience.
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Experience in food safety practices, food handling procedures, and maintaining health standards.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on hospitality excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Micros POS.
- Prior experience in hotel or barista settings is a plus; strong communication skills are essential for interviewing and training staff.
