6 month contract to full-time

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong portfolio management domain expertise (must have)
- Experience with: portfolio construction / asset allocation, rebalancing / trading workflows, performance / portfolio analytics
- Experience working directly with Charles River, Aladdin, SimCorp, Advent, Eagle, Wealth360, etc.

Experience working directly with:

- Portfolio managers, traders, or investment teams (front-office exposure required)
- Experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or SME role supporting:
- Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) or Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Hands-on experience with portfolio platforms such as:
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or transformations
- Robust ability to translate investment workflows into system/product requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Exposure to AI / GenAI / advanced analytics within investment or product contexts
- Experience enhancing workflows using AI-driven tools or automation
- Background in wealth or asset management environments (SMA / UMA programs)




- CFA or equivalent investment credentials

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Portfolio Management Specialist to support the implementation and evolution of a Portfolio Management platform.

This role requires deep, hands-on portfolio management domain expertise, combined with experience supporting or building portfolio systems (PMS/OMS) and partnering closely with front-office stakeholders (portfolio managers, traders, investment teams).

The ideal candidate has experience working directly within portfolio management workflows (asset allocation, rebalancing, trading, performance, etc.) and can translate those workflows into scalable platform capabilities. Exposure to AI or advanced analytics within investment or product environments is a plus.
