555 Brewing Co is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Prep/Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is focused on preparing ingredients and creating delicious wood-fired pizzas in a fast-paced but relaxed and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and organize ingredients for kitchen service
- Prepare and cook wood-fired pizzas
- Fire and finish pizzas to a high standard
- Prepare salads and other menu items as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Communicate and work effectively with other team members
- Follow food safety and kitchen procedures

What We’re Looking For

- Previous kitchen, prep cook, or line cook experience is an asset
- Experience making pizza is an asset
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills




- Positive attitude and ability to get along well with others
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working in a casual, relaxed team setting
- Ability to maintain quality and attention to detail during busy periods
