We’re Hiring: Restaurant Supervisor | Jerusalem Shawarma

Jerusalem Shawarma is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing team!

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can help oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure our guests receive the quality food and service Jerusalem Shawarma is known for.

Compensation

$21–$26 per hour

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise team members during daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience
- Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, presentation, and service standards
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are maintained
- Assign stations and responsibilities and ensure smooth shift operations
- Train, coach, and motivate employees
- Address performance, attendance, and workplace issues professionally.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
- Monitor inventory, waste, and product usage.
- Help ensure efficient staffing and labor deployment.
- Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and recipes.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Lead the team during busy and high-volume periods.

What We’re Looking For




- Previous restaurant supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Ability to lead by example and hold employees accountable
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Protected certification is an asset
- Strong English communication skills required. Arabic is an asset.
