Hop Creek Farms is looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Associate to join our Farm Market team. This is a hands-on role in a busy farm setting where you’ll help customers, operate the POS, restock products, and keep the market clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Assist with product questions and recommendations
- Operate the POS and process payments accurately
- Restock and organize products and displays
- Maintain a clean, welcoming market
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Requirements
- Must be 19+
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working with customers
- Able to work in a busy farm setting, both indoors and outdoors




- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Retail experience is an asset, but not required
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
