Member Service Representative (MSR)

As the face of Northern Savings, Member Service Representatives are often the first people our members meet. In this role, you'll build trusted relationships, provide day-to-day banking services,



and help members discover solutions that support their financial well-being.

This is an excellent entry point into financial services and a strong foundation for future growth within our organization.

Financial Services Representative (FSR)

Financial Services Representatives work closely with members to understand their financial goals and provide personalized advice and solutions related to deposits, investments, lending products, and everyday banking needs.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship-building, problem-solving, and helping people make confident financial decisions.

Personal Loans Officer (PLO)

Personal Loans Officers help members achieve important life goals through lending solutions and financial advice. Whether it's purchasing a vehicle, consolidating debt, funding personal projects, or managing everyday borrowing needs, you'll play a key role in helping members move forward with confidence.

This position is well suited to experienced financial services professionals who are passionate about relationship management and lending.
