If you have 1 year of relevant experience and a valid Ontario Security License, your skills are in demand. Your focus will be on preventing incidents while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a secure workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and report on customer interactions and potential issues
- Engage in effective crowd management and conflict resolution
- Document daily activities and security incidents accurately
- Conduct authorized interventions as needed
- Use two-way radios for efficient communication Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security experience in retail
- Valid Security License and First Aid training
- Proficient in writing professional reports
- Ability to stand and patrol for extensive periods
