What You'll Do

As a Hybrid Retail Sales Representative, you'll combine in-store customer service with community outreach to help customers discover the latest TELUS and Koodo products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers both in-store and through door-to-door outreach, introducing them to TELUS and Koodo Mobility, Smart Home Security, Internet, TV, and Home Services.
- Build lasting customer relationships through meaningful conversations and exceptional service.
- Assess customer needs and recommend personalized solutions for both residential and business customers.
- Follow up with existing customers by phone and text to provide ongoing support, product recommendations, and account solutions.
- Stay informed on the latest TELUS products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

- Comfortable working in an in-person sales environment and traveling within local communities for door-to-door sales activities.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,



goal-oriented environment.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic industry.
- Must meet the legal age requirement to sign contracts (18+ in Alberta, 19+ in British Columbia).
