Duties

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product demonstrations and detailed information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are tidy.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions,



and store policies.

- Proven sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.

- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
