We’re Hiring! Part-Time Sales Associate

20+ hours a week. Potential for full-time work during busier seasons:

November- December and May- June

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Part-Time Sales Associate to join our trophy team.

This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, sales, office work, and helping with production. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable learning new tasks.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in person, by email and by phone
- Listen to customer needs and help them choose products and options best for them
- Write up customer work orders accurately
- Prepare quotes and invoices
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries
- Receive, check, and sort incoming products
- File paperwork and maintain organized records
- Dust and maintain a clean,



organized showroom and work area
- Help finish and prepare orders
- Assist with general shop duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and solid grammar skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using a computer and email
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
