Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and knowledge of merchandising and product presentation, with a strong emphasis on Product knowledge and a willingness to learn.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain merchandise displays through merchandising and organization skills
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting stock counts
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting for customers
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills





- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, and product presentation
- Experience or interest in fitness and supplements
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store displays effectively
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers
