Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions
- Assist with merchandising, restocking shelves, and maintaining attractive displays
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Upsell products and services to meet customer needs while achieving sales goals
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Maintain organized store areas, ensure cleanliness, and follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements





- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and merchandising practices is advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a busy environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect with customers confidently
- Technical sales experience or ability to demonstrate product features will be highly valued
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift light loads throughout shifts
