We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping management overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and leading a team to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
Duties
- Closing the store and or Opening the store based on store needs.
- Social media posting
- Direct and motivate a team of retail staff
- Help Management Train, develop, and coach employees on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Implement store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized workplace
- Utilize POS systems effectively to process transactions
