We are looking for an experienced Radio Access Network (RAN) Design Engineer with 6 8 years of experience in RAN design, integration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SC6, MapInfo, Planet, and 3G/4G/5G network design .
OIQ registration is mandatory. Key Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, and troubleshoot Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions.
- Perform SC6 studies and coverage analysis/plots.
- Prepare and produce work orders based on project and network requirements.
- Maintain and update site databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage change requests and change management activities.
- Perform RAN design activities for 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and design issues.
- Manage assigned project tasks and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address potential risks or delays.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic team environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ensure all engineering activities meet project standards, quality requirements, and timelines.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- OIQ registration is mandatory.
- Fluent in French reading, writing, and speaking.
- 6 8 years of experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) design engineering.
- Extensive hands-on experience with:
- SC6
- MapInfo
- Planet
- 3G/4G/5G network design
- Strong understanding of RAN design principles, coverage planning, and network optimization.
- Experience working on telecom/network engineering projects from design through implementation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good proficiency in MS Office, particularly:
- Excel
- Word
- Visio
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, creative, and achievement-oriented.
- Practical and self-managed approach to work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working with varying levels of supervision and direction.
Preferred Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be a key member of the Radio Access Network engineering team , contributing technical expertise across RAN design and project delivery. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines.
