Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365 customization, integrations, data management, and application development.

The resource will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design &
- Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Develop scalable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Write, test, and deploy code that meets required quality standards.
- Dynamics 365 Customization &
- Configuration
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and related applications.
- Configure plugins, workflows, forms, views, business rules, and other Dynamics 365 components.
- Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to address business requirements.
- Integration &
- Application Development
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems, ERP platforms, third-party applications, and other services.
- Utilize APIs, web services, connectors, and custom connectors for system integration.
- Develop solutions using JavaScript, C#, and other relevant web development technologies.
- Power Platform &
- Business Intelligence
- Develop model-driven and canvas applications using Power Apps.
- Build automated business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
- Create Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Data Management
- Support and oversee data migration, data integration, and data quality assurance activities.
- Work with relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Apply appropriate data modeling and data management practices.

- Quality Assurance




- Perform application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance validation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure reliable application performance.
- Ensure applications meet established quality and delivery standards.

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery activities.
- Manage multiple priorities and contribute to meeting project milestones and deadlines.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Follow best practices for version control, release management, deployment, and application development.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and release management.

- Promote effective use of Dynamics 365 development and customization practices.

Background Check Requirement A clean criminal record check will be required at the successful Service Provider's expense before the resource begins onsite or remote work. Maintaining a clean status is required throughout the contract. Depending on project requirements and the confidentiality of information involved, an enhanced background check completed by Manitoba may also be required. Any required remediation associated with a failed check will be the responsibility of the proponent at their own cost and time.

Engagement Details The engagement may be for a period of up to 24 months. The anticipated structure consists of a 6-month initial term followed by up to 18 months of renewal(s). The final term structure will be determined as part of contract/SOW negotiations. Exceptional circumstances may result in the engagement being extended beyond 24 months.
