Job 1: Commercial Building Cleaning
Job: Commercial Building Cleaner
Wage: $19.00 per hour
Location: Agar Drive, Richmond
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm with one hour lunch break (35 hours per week)
Job 2: Commercial Building Cleaner (Vehicle Required)
Wage: $19.00 per hour
Location: Agar Drive, Richmond
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm with one hour lunch break (14 hours per week)
Job 3: Commercial Building Cleaning (Vehicle Required)
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Location: Agar Drive, Richmond
Schedule: Saturday
Hours: 6:00pm - 8:30pm (2.5 hours)
Mandatory qualifications
- You own a smartphone with data
- You are authorized to work in Canada
- No subcontractors
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience
- Experience in surface disinfection
- Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
- Garbage and recycling disposal
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
- Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
