At Radiant Relax Retreat, we believe massage is more than just bodywork—it’s an escape. We are a boutique, wellness-focused space designed for tranquility, offering clients a sanctuary from stress. We provide fully equipped treatment rooms, a warm atmosphere, and a loyal clientele who value quality care.

We are currently expanding and looking for up to five passionate therapists to join our retreat.

Radiant Relax Retreat is open 7 days a week, from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Unlike clinics that force you into rigid shifts, we give you total freedom to build a schedule that fits YOUR life.

Choose your own hours—here’s how it works:

Shift Block Time Best For...

Morning8:30 AM – 2:00 PM Early risers who want afternoons off for kids or school.

Evening4:00 PM – 11:00 PM Students or parents who need days free.

Mid-Day11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Therapists who hate rush-hour traffic.

Weekend Warriors Any block Sat/Sun Those who want to pack in extra hours.

- Work 2 days or 6 days – it’s up to you.
- Mix and match blocks – e.g., mornings Mon/Wed/Fri and evenings Tue/Thu.
- No minimum hours required for students; RMTs aiming for full-time can easily hit 30–40+ hours.

We are hiring for TWO positions: Position 1: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

- Holds active registration with a recognized Alberta massage therapy association (e.g., MTAA, NHPC, CMMOTA). While massage therapy is not provincially regulated in Alberta, professional association membership provides credibility and insurance access.
- Experienced or new grad – we welcome both.
- You'll have a full booking schedule during your chosen shifts, with full admin support.

Position 2: Student Therapist / Apprentice (We Train!)

- Ideal for current students in an RMT program or recent grads awaiting board exams.
- Zero pressure – shadow senior therapists, co-treat, and receive hands-on mentoring.




- We’ll help track your practicum hours if your school requires them.
- Work around your classes with our flexible blocks.

Compensation – How Our 40% to 60% Split Works: You are an independent contractor – you invoice us for your services, and you are responsible for your own taxes and CPP contributions.

Your Status Your Split Earnings Per $105 Session When It Increases

Student Apprentice (in training) 40% $42.00 per session Moves to 50% once you pass certification.

Recent Grad RMT (0–1 year) 50% $52.50 per session Moves to 55% after 6 months of consistent bookings.

Experienced RMT (1+ years) 55% – 60% $57.75 – $63.00 per session Starts at 55%, moves to 60% once you hit agreed targets (e.g., 20+ treatments/week or 30+ regular clients).

Example: A 60-minute massage is booked at $105. A student at 40% takes home $42 per session. An RMT at 60% takes home $63 per session.

Requirements (Both Positions):

- Valid malpractice insurance (or student coverage).
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.

- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
